2011 Sustained ITA Growth

2011 is set to be a year of sustained growth for Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA). The organisation which has achieved year-on-year growth of 16-20% consistently over the past five years, has now reached record membership numbers spread across 60 registered schools. All schools have full International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF), Irish Martial Arts Commission (IMAC) and Irish Sports Council (ISC) recognition. The growth and success of the organisation is due to many contributing factors; open and democratic governance principals, dedication to high technical and sporting standards, diverse leadership structure and most importantly a positive and active membership that represents the association to the highest level both on and off the mats at ITF Taekwon-Do events around the globe. If you are interested in taking up Taekwon-Do simply contact your local club and arrange to pop in and try a class. If you are a club instructor that would like to enquire about the benefits of ITA membership please contact our Secretary General for an informal discussion.
