2018 AGM

Dear Instructor,

The 2018 ITA AGM will take place in the Horse & Jockey Hotel, on Sunday January 21st. 
We are now inviting nominations for election and items for the agenda. Agenda items must be sent in the form of specific proposals and AOB items must be submitted in advance. For nominations please complete the attached and send back to me. 
Nominations & Agenda Items
Nominations and agenda items must be received by me by email on or before Sunday January 7th 2017. 
Annual Fees
Reminder all fees must be submitted at or before the AGM. This includes club fees, annual plaque fees, any outstanding Kup fees, IMAC/TAB fees. 
To vote instructors must have all fees and certification up to date. 
All reports from standing committees etc must be sent to me by January 7th or they will not be included on the Agenda. 
Minutes of 2017 AGM have been circulated.
