IMAC Annual General Meeting

The Irish Martial Arts Commission (IMAC) 2010 Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 13th June from 12.00pm - 2.00pm The venue this year is the IMAC Offices, Unit 4 Whitefriars, Aungier Street, Dublin 2, which has on street free parking all day Sundays. All motions and nominations must be received by the IMAC office on or before Sunday 30th May 2010. Posts to be filled include; President, Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and Anti-Doping Officer.

Only organizations that are fully paid up and in compliance with Stage 2 of IMAC Garda Vetting programme (Senior Instructor must have
submitted a completed Garda Vetting application) will be able to attend and vote at this AGM. Garda Vetting compliance support and advice will be offered from 10.30am Garda Vetting application forms will be available. Please bring details of all your previous addresses, dates, details of any charges or convictions, and your PPS number. An anti-doping briefing will take place on the morning of the 13th May from 11.00 am. It will be mandatory for all System Anti-doping Officers to attend
