Please see below schedule for National Team Training this weekend in North Mon AG, Cork. A reminder that this is the final weekend for payment and all outstanding balances need to be paid at this session, email itfireland@gmail.com with any queries. All squad members in Secondary School are being provided with a letter from national team management to explain your absence from school due to your national team representation in Italy, if any seniors need a similar letter for work please let us know. 

Saturday
09:30 - 10:00 Arrive, assist with set up, pay fees
10:00 - 12:00 Team pattern ALL COACHES (Primarily AB, SR, LL but all coaches to be present in order to coordinate roles in sparring and mobility sessions)
12:00 - 13:30 Senior sparring and junior individual pattern SC, DS, PK Sparring \ LL, AB, SR Pattern (recovery from defensive side kick or back kick, avoiding travelling, conditioned spars)
14:00 - 15:30 Junior sparring and senior individual pattern SC, PK, Sparring \ AB, DS Pattern (recovery from defensive side kick or back kick, avoiding travelling, conditioned spars)
15:30 - 16:00 Anti Doping Education and Junior Female Team Special (ISC Anti Doping under the supervision of Sabina Mason, all to attend. Need to determine individual and team places for special. AB to lead)

Sunday
09:45 - 10:00 Arrive and warm up
10:00 - 11:30 All groups sparring  ALL COACHES (AB, SR, LL planning, conditioned spars with mixed sizes, tempo control)
11:45 - 13:15 Team Pattern AB, SR, LL and mobility session (30-45mins) SC, PK, DS (Active recovery and prehab mobility session)
13:45 - 15:15 Senior sparring and junior individual pattern SC, DS, PK Sparring \ LL, AB, SR Pattern (building on initial attack, primary attacks and secondary attacks, creating warnings/potential, conditioned spars)
15:15 - 16:30 Junior sparring and senior individual pattern SC, PK, Sparring \ AB, DS Pattern (building on initial attack, primary attacks and secondary attacks, creating warnings/potential, conditioned spars)
