National Team Training Feb 8th Cork

Please see below the timetable for National Team training for this Sunday February 8th. The session takes place in North Mon AG, North Mon Secondary School, North Monastery Rd, Cork. The cost is 10 Euro per person. This training is open to red and black belts. 

9:30    -10:00  -       Arrival, Registration, Payment of Fees, Mats
10:00-11:30     -       Special Technique
10:00-11:30     -       All others Sparring
11:45-13:15     -       Senior Pattern
11:45-13:15     -       All others Sparring
13:15-13:45     -       Lunch and potentially review some questionnaires
13:45-14:45     -       Junior black belt pattern
14:45-15:45     -       Red belt pattern
13:45-15:45     -       Focus groups and sparring
15:45-16:00     -       Debrief, flexibilty and tidy up
