TECHNICAL SEMINARS
The ITA technical committee runs regular technical seminars throughout Ireland. The ITA technical committee is elected on an annual basis by ITA instructors to help the continuous improvement of technical standards within the ITA. Technical seminars are opened to students from colour belt up to Master level, with both instructors and students, junior and senior training together. Technical seminars cover a wide array of topics including Patterns, kicking development drills, sparring, pre-arranged sparring and much more. The various skills and experience of the technical committee allows the session to be divided by age and grade as needed to ensure all participants enjoy an interesting, informative training environment.
