The Irish Taekwon-Do Association in conjunction with the Irish Martial Arts Commission are delighted to announce a Coaching Workshop with Urša Terdin MSc focusing on the psychological aspects of training for Martial Arts and in particular for competition preparation and performance.
A short series of two Webinars and one in person practical session are offered as a stand alone Coaching Continuous Professional Development opportunity. This workshop is a 6 credit micro credential which can be used in support of the IMAC Level 2 Coaching programme (in development).
