The Irish Taekwon-Do Association in conjunction with the Irish Martial Arts Commission are delighted to announce a Coaching Workshop with Urša Terdin MSc focusing on the psychological aspects of training for Martial Arts and in particular for competition preparation and performance. 

A short series of two Webinars and one in person practical session are offered as a stand alone Coaching Continuous Professional Development opportunity. This workshop is a 6 credit micro credential which can be used in support of the IMAC Level 2 Coaching programme (in development).

Note: Live attendance at the webinars is desirable, however they are being prepared for asynchronous delivery and so if you miss some or all of a webinar you will be able to review the recording prior to attending the in person workshop.

Bio

"Urša holds a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology and is a multiple World and European champion in Taekwondo and Kickboxing. Her extensive competitive experience, combined with academic expertise, forms the foundation of her work in helping athletes develop their mental performance. Urša collaborates with athletes and teams nationally and internationally, helping them transform their mental approach to competition, overcome mental blocks, and redefine what success means in their sporting journey."
