The ITA Board of Directors wish to invite applications for the position of National Team Manager.

The responsibilities of the team manager are as follows;
Prepare and distribute budget for International Championships to Director of Coaching and ITA Board
Collect and account for all competitor fees for Championships
Collect and keep account of fees collected at National Training Sessions
Coordinate purchase of National Team outfit with coaches and Director of Coaching
Organisation of travel arrangements for competitors, umpires, delegates and coaches to and from European and World Championships
Booking and coordination of national team training venues
All communications, publications or correspondence relating to the National Team
Public relations
Registration of competitors, coaches, umpires, delegates and supporters for European and World Championships.
Coordinate communication process regarding scheduling of team training sessions with secretaries of all affiliated Associations, coaches and club instructors
Desirable qualities include:
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, administrative, organisational & leadership skills
Competent in use of excel, office, dropbox & google applications
Ability to work with team members, coaches, officials, local organising committees and the ITF/AETF Tournament Committees
Ability to coordinate multiple requests and demands
Sound financial and business management skills
Experience of National and International competition
Problem solving and crisis management expertise
Integrity, credibility, drive and motivation
