Draws
Colour belt and some black belt pattern draws and point lists for special technique/power are available online, remaining black belt pattern draws will be made Friday evening/Saturday morning. There are no changes/late entries to these draws and any competitor entered in the wrong category will be removed.

Sparring draws will be made following weight/height checks on Saturday and Sunday.


Weigh In

There will be a weigh in available Friday 6pm – 7pm in National Indoor Arena, Dublin

Saturday
Saturday weigh in times:
8:30am – 10:30am

*All competitors must weigh in and any competitor who misses weight must immediately go to the top table.


Instructors can register and collect competition stickers at the top table 8:45am-9:30am on Saturday.


First categories start at 10am, competitors need to be at rings ready to start the first match at this time.

Sunday
All competitors for Sunday categories must immediately go to the ring assigned to their club when they arrive, here they will receive their competition sticker from the umpires on the ring and be height checked. If a competitor is measured above their height category, they will be brought to the top table by a ring assistant.

*All height checks will be done before the start of each time slot

Sunday has been divided into 2 different time slots. 


Under 10

9am: Arrive and go to assigned rings (see attachment)
9:30am: Height check closes
10am: First under 10 categories start

11-13

1:45pm: Arrive and go to assigned rings (see attachment)
2:10pm: Height check closes
2:15pm: First 11-13 categories start

Umpires
All umpires must sign in upon arrival at the arena. Any umpires not assigned to a ring can sign the additional umpire sheet and will then be assigned to a ring. The umpire meeting will take place at 9:30am on both days.

Coaches
Coaching passes will be made available during the day to clubs that have met the umpire quota.
Saturday: 1–7 competitors = 1 umpire, 8–14 competitors = 2 umpires etc 
Sunday: 1–10 competitors = 1 umpire, 11–20 competitors = 2 umpires etc

On Sunday all coaches must be 14-17 Blue-Black belt, no senior coaches allowed on the competition floor on Sunday.
