4) The Healthy Athlete - the role of vitamins, minerals, fibre and dietary fats

5) Dietary supplements for health and performance

6) Competition week - making weight in a safe and healthy manner

7) Competition week - replenishing after weigh-in

8) Competition day - staying fresh on the day (assuming a tournament type setting)
