ITA Winter Black Belt Grading Important Info

The ITA Board of Directors have decided to trial holding the black belt grading in two regions on the same day to save in travel & overnight costs for the majority of candidates

Munster based candidates should select the location in Cork, Leinster based candidates should select the location in Dublin. Those candidates located in more peripheral areas can select the location which is most convenient.

This application form must be completed by the instructor for all applicants going forward for the ITA black Belt grading.

The Deadline for submitting applications is Sunday Nov 27th

A photo (head & shoulders/passport style) of each candidate must also be submitted on applying to sryan@taekwondo.ie. The photo must be saved as the name of the candidate so they can be easily identified. Please note that all fees must be transferred to the ITA account by the deadline of Nov 27th using the candidates name as reference. It is not possible to pay on the day of the grading.

Only complete applications which include the online form, emailed photo & full fee paid by the deadline will be accepted.
